Dear David, I have found working with you and Boatshed Hayling Island a very pleasurable experience. Purchasing my recent yacht, not something I have done for many years was well managed and co-ordinated by yourself for which I am most grateful. You were kind enough to guide me through the processes and procedures and to assist in negotiating with the owner and boatyard those items on the yacht which required repair or replacement following a full yacht marine survey. Although it took a while for some of the work to be carried out due to schedules and availability of marine engineers and the like, I have peace of mind following the purchase that I hopefully have a sound yacht which will serve me for many years to come. Boatshed’s standard contract was helpful from a purchasers perspective in making clear each parties duties and responsibilities which must minimise the potential for disputes as long as a professional full yacht marine survey is carried out.
