Broker's Comments
Officially known as a Schouw from the Island of Tholan in the province of Zeeland, this charming and colourful live aboard is the perfect place to get away from it all. Originally designed for lakes and canals where draft is an issue, she is flat bottomed with Lea Boards either side for stability when needed. A very well maintained example with a Beta Marine engine that boasts only 45 hours!.
The last survey highlighted work but this has all been done and paperwork substantiates this, although as it was done in 2017, a survey is recommended for insurance purposes at the very least. Cozy and comfortable, this offers occasional accommodation for three or more permanent for one or two. Mooring is not contractually included but the yard is happy to maintain a relationship with the new owner, just check out the video to see the views you could be waking up to each morning, or enjoying as the sun goes down with a class of something to toast
