Broker's Comments

A very well presented example of these amazingly spacious boats. This one appears to be in excellent condition and has had over 15k spent on a refurb in 2008. The internal mahogany faced woodwork looks stunning having been treated and re varnished.
The aft cabin has a permanent double berth and en-suite. There is no water or oil anywhere to be seen in the bilge which is home to the twin Perkins engines that are regularly serviced having being fully reconditioned in Aug 2007. There is the full history of the boat on board since being built. She has a diesel fired heating system with feed to 3 areas.
The upholstery is in good order throughout and she is very clean and dry.
The current owner is a commercial ship surveyor who has owned her for the past 8 years.
She was last surveyed in 2017 there were a few minor recommendations which were addressed.
We believe the hull has been "Copperbot" coated.
