Broker's Comments
This is a boat that offers space and comfort in abundance. In addition you have the reassurance of Princess build quality. You don't find that many true tri-cabin cruisers on the market and the layout of this boat ensures that not only do you get three cabins but they are all a good size. The owner removed the radar arch due to using the boat on the Norfolk broads, however it is possible to refit the arch in line with the original design.
The current owner has spent money on improving the boat including fitting a holding tank, upgrading electrics, new eberspacher heating and so on. The engines have been recently serviced, the boat is in fully prepared for sale and is very much ready to motor away. She also benefits from a full BSC issued Nov '07
