The navigation gear at the helm is fully working and works well however it is slightly dated, the owner being a marine electrician had planned to upgrade it however has stated that he will be more than happy to upgrade for the buyer at reduced cost.
The flybridge is lacking in navigation gear and would benefit with some if the flybridge is used at sea.

Broker's Comments
Princess are very well known for its build quality and incredible use of space. This Princess 33 is no exception, built around 1987 she has spent a large portion of her life (15 years!) on hard standing and with only 450 engine hours she has had a quieter life than most boats of a similar age.
A survey from 2019 as well as engine services late 2020 do show how well kept she has been. Clean and tidy on the inside with suitable nav gear and option to upgrade them at a reduced price.
The saloon is spacious with seating either side starboard seating can covert into a double berth with port being a single berth. Down the stairs the galley is to port with a really comfortable diners area that also converts into a double berth. The forward cabin is looks a little bit small however it has really impressive storage space and actually feels very cosy!
The flybridge is comfortable and has a good amount of space however the helm would benefit with Navigation gear.
The owner will be Anti-fouling the boat in the near future so she will be ready for launch.
