Broker's Comments
This is a very well presented example of the ever popular Macwester 27. Very well equipped, very well presented and as such would not disappoint any interested parties. I think the pictures speak for themselves on this one. She offers ample accommodation in the cabins, saloon and in the cockpit making her ideal for families or friends to get away and enjoy. Suited to either estuaries or the open seas by way of being a bilge keel, the angle of the bilge means she planes more like a fin keel when keeled over but has the added benefit of being able to sit up on a drying mooring or at anchor. The owner has paid for her marina berth until the end of the year, which would be included subject to negotiation.
