This boat offers the opportunity to get on the water for very little money and the unique style of the boat will make it an ideal fishing boat for the Norfolk broads with its open cockpit together with basic accommodation.

The boat does of course need some tidying up but on the surface it does look cosmetic as there is evidence of reasonable maintenance on the steel hull.
