Broker's Comments
Manufactured in 1991, this Nordic Folkboat has had only one owner since new. This lovely boat has been meticulously maintained and is in near original condition.
This is the GRP version as opposed to wooden and is complete with a self draining cockpit, this lovely example is well thought out and testament to the care lavished on it by its current owner.
The Mast is mahogany (currently in storage), fully rigged for cruising.
The engine, a Mercury 5HP is out having just been serviced. Batteries have also been removed, hence no photos. She comes with a second set of sails, a stern anchor and bosun's chair.
We think it's unlikely that you'll find a better example of this characterful and charming sailing boat.
The cradle seen in the main picture is available by way of separate negotiation, meaning she can remain out of the water as desired or transported on a flatbed/ low loader as required
Part exchange may be possible.
