The interior is made of first class quality and hand crafted out of selected and unstained African Kaya mahogany, all hand polished and varnished to a satin finish, the flooring is in varnished teak with coto inlays. To make it even, it is fixed to aluminium beams with a damping and sound reducing rubber string, there are inspection hatches for the bilge and transducersm, the headlining is of cream white covered panels.
Vacuum infused hull in sandwich construction with multi-axial E-glass fabrics, vinylester resin and divinycell core material. The surface layer is gelcoat
Bilge, 60 – 75 cm deep, the inside of the hull is top coated, hull colour is white, with carmine red water lines and trim lines the hull is reinforced with longitudinal and transverse floor grid system, which also supports keel fittings, mast pillar, engine frame, tanks and cabin floor There are also additional longitudinal reinforcements in the hull, stringers, for maximum hull strength, all structural bulkheads and stringers are laminated to the hull reinforced single laminate is used at engine bed and through deck and hull fittings the toe rail is protected with stainless steel capping.
Vacuum infused deck and coach roof in sandwich construction including multi-axial fabrics, vinylester outer skin, divinycell core material and polyester inner skin deck colour is white hull and deck are bolted and sealed together.

In the saloon there is plenty of space for the crew to relax together for meals and to enjoy a good social life onboard with ample ceiling lights and reading lights at settees. The large, saloon table, foldable on starboard side, has an integrated bottle stowage, the backrests to the settees on port and starboard side can easily be removed to convert the settees to berths port 1.9m, starboard 1.7 m.
The galley, situated in the passage to the aft cabin, offers a big and efficient working area close to the cockpit and the saloon. The navigation area is situated on the starboard side, convenient close to the companionway.
There are two wide full size berths (2 m), a small seat to port with two spacious wardrobes on both sides with a large cupboard underneath to starboard and along both hull sides, there are four lockers above the berths.
The heads, situated amidships, direct to starboard of the companionway bulkheads are white laminated. Wash basin and bench surface in Corian. Floor in teak grating the toilet is manual operated and drained direct to sea or into the holding tank, which has a level indicator.
The large aft cabin is reached through the passage on port side one wide and comfortable, full size double berth (L approx. 2.05 m) on starboard side and one single berth on port side, (L 2.05 m), each provided with its own reading light.

What a Beautiful Yacht is the only way to describe this Najad 380 extremely well built with wonderful accommodation a true blue water cruiser if ever there was one. No wonder the press raved so much about them. The owner is willing to consider a part exchange so for all those people out there who want to upgrade to a blue water yacht now 's the chance to grab a bargain.
