There is a huge amount of living space onboard, the Aft deck is large and comfortable . The lazaret locker seems to be closely related to the Tardis, filled with all tools and spares necessary, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.

As you go through the companionway the helm, saloon and galley are all on the same level. Carpeted throughout with window covers and Perspex front windows on the inside giving double glazing and dressed with venetian blinds either side in the saloon. The galley benefits from a microwave combi oven as well as a 4-burner ceramic hob. In addition to the fridge in the galley, there is also one in the saloon.

Going down below to the accommodation, you find a single bunk and heads to port. To starboard there are another 2 singles that can convert into another double. Forward is the large master cabin with en-suite and plenty of storage throughout for the longer trips.

Broker's Comments

An exemplary example of superb heavy, semi-displacement flybridge cruiser. Kept to an incredible standard by the current owners. The boat is spotless throughout.

There is a huge amount of living space as well as fitting in 3 separate, good-sized cabins for the whole family and this could make an ideal alternative to a second home.

The engine hours are low for a boat of her age and size, and the engines have been looked after meticulously with regular servicing carried out by the owner.
This is a serious contender for those looking at the 40ft+ Motor cruiser category and viewing is a must!
