I am pleased to be able to offer to the market this rare large flybridge broads cruiser. This Alphacraft 42 or "Alpha 42" as they are refffered to 42 dual steer with outside "up top" seating and helm with vast aft raised deck area is a rare boat to find and offers huge inside and outside space.

The boat has been a live aboard for the last few years and is now available as the owners have moved off due to ill health and the boat is being sold. The boat is pretty much a blank canvas and offers two sleeping double cabins, both en-suite with heads and showers, and the front cabin also has a bath!

The raised centre saloon and helm station has great access to the side deck with large door and picture windows and offers huge potential for a unique saloon experience. The modern Nanni diesel 1903 belived to have been fitted in 2014 but this can’t be verified.. She starts and runs very well. Plus she is fitted with a very powerful bowthruster is a very useful touch. She has a current BSS certificate to 2023 and two warm air heating systems and a vast aft galley with washing machine fitted and included. She has lots of cupboard space and a nice breakfast bar with seating.

She has a large rear, ideal for fishing from a large glass rear aspect with door with pet flap installed. The boat is all gel coat not painted and would benefit from a compound and polish and would really shine after that. She could do with some updating too in places, and this is reflected in the price. However, she represents huge value for money and can come with the current live aboard mooring at a rate of £4500 per year in one of the prettiest broadland villages there is.
A boat like this with a mooring like this available is not at all common and she will be sure to sell quickly.
