Broker's Comments

Every once in a while we get a chance to list a boat that really blows us away. Seeing a nearly 90 year old boat that is in such great condition really is incredible to see!

Built in roughly 1934 at Applegates in Potter Heigham, these are a staple of the Norfolk broads. Fast and agile with its fin keel, this example is the last one standing of the 3 that were built.

The model benefits from the original winch operated lifting roof increasing the headroom in the cabins to 6ft 6.

She has been very well looked after since a major renovation in the early 2000's. The keel and rudder were replaced in 2013 along with planking and a new hog as well as a new Nanni Diesel inboard installed in 2014. The current owners have continued to keep her in top condition.

She is currently in storage for the winter. For the past 20 years she is believed to have been in storage every year between November and April.
